The home you are staying in is a privately owned home and we want that you enjoy it like it was your own. We ask that anything marked Private not be used and that you do not smoke in the house. However, smoking is permitted on the lanai. Your home may come with many amenities. These are for your use as well. If a grill is provided for your use we ask that it is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

The pool is cleaned weekly by a professional pool company, there for please leave the lanai door unlocked. As well as pool service; lawn service is provided each week. In addition, one of our staff member will come each week to check the mail. Please leave all mail for the owners in the mailbox. We may knock on the door and ask if there are any problems or concerns you may have. However, we do not enter the house if you are not there.

The sale of alcohol is prohibited to anyone under the age of 21. If you have been drinking please DO NOT DRIVE for the safety of yourself and the other people on the road with you. In addition, driving with open bottles/cans of alcohol is illegal.

Trash removal and recycling pick-up is once a week. Here in Cape Coral we all contribute to recycling. Please put all plastics, glass and paper in the designated recycle bin.
